Return & Refund Policy (NGT Online)

At NGT Online we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Change of mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any freebies are included

Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for:

  • Items marked final sale / clearance

  • Gift cards

Return shipping for change-of-mind:
Return shipping costs are paid by customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos showing the issue and packaging (if damaged)

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with applicable consumer laws.

3) How to request a return

4) Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Packed securely to prevent damage in transit

  • Returned with all included items (accessories, parts, manuals, free gifts)

We may refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item is returned used, incomplete, or not in resalable condition (except where the item is faulty).

5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 2 business days (your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the funds)

If only part of an order is returned, we refund the eligible returned item(s) only.

6) Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched.

If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process once it arrives.

8) Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account/payment method again

  2. Contact your bank/card provider (processing times vary)
