Shipping Policy (NGT Online – UK Only)
Thank you for shopping with NGT Online. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long orders take to process and deliver, shipping costs, and what to do if there’s an issue with delivery.
1) Shipping Destination (UK Only)
NGT Online ships within the United Kingdom only.
This includes:

England
-
Scotland
-
Wales
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you attempt to place an order with a non-UK delivery address, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
2) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.
3) Delivery Time Frames
Delivery timeframes are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched.
UK Standard Royal Mail Delivery: 2–5 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
All large items and large orders automatically go on our next day delivery service. If ordered before 11am Mon-Thursday
Please note: delivery may take longer in remote areas or due to courier delays outside our control.
4) Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are shown at checkout and are based on your order and the delivery option selected.
We may offer:

5) Tracking
Tracking is available on all shipping methods, we’ll email you a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking details within [48 hours] of dispatch, please contact us.
6) Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address,
-
multiple failed delivery attempts,
-
refusal of delivery,
we can re-ship the order once it is returned, however additional shipping fees may apply.
7) Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to:

courier network disruptions,
-
severe weather,
-
peak shipping periods,
-
incorrect address details.
NGT Online is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll help you track and locate your parcel.
8) Lost, Missing, or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please:

check with neighbours/household members,
-
check any safe place/delivery location,
-
contact your local depot/courier.
If it still can’t be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will assist with an investigation.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and the courier investigation outcome.
9) Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery with:

your order number,
-
photos of the item(s) and packaging,
-
a short description of the issue.
We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under UK consumer law.
